Spring Surprises
Hello, you!
Do you need a little lovin’? Some inspiration? Art for your soul? Music for your day?
Well, today is your lucky day!
My first offering is Lovely Design’s March Pattern for your computer desktop. You’ll notice that it was ostensibly made for the month of March, and we’re obviously heading into April, but still, the pattern is lovely (no matter the month). I’m a day late and a dollar short.
These lovely art projects at Artful Parent–whether you’re a child or an adult, or in between!
These naturally dyed Easter eggs at Curbly–this is our art project this week!
I adore these next projects, although I’m not sure I’ve planned far enough ahead–beautiful! Betz White’s Spring and Easter goodies.
The bigger-than-life pictures at Foothill Home Companion’s site. I need to get me some chickens!!
The plethora of ideas and photos over at Kind Over Matter, a website after my own heart.
Minneapolis Institute of Arts’ iPhone wallpaper selection, so you can see beauty every time you use your phone. How cool is that? [I’ve just downloaded Dürer’s “Adam and Eve.” Of course.]
A segment of Mary Oliver’s “Halleluiah” (her spelling) from Evidence:
Everyone should be born into this world happy
and loving everything.
But in truth it rarely works that way….
And have you too been trudging like that, sometimes
almost forgetting how wondrous the world is
and how miraculously kind some people can be?
Cookie Clouds at Forty-Sixth at Grace (with downloadable pdf recipe). Exquisite!
And a song to put the spring in your step. Lenka’s “The Show.” Enjoy!
