Today, we had a snow day, which means there was no school, even though the snow didn’t begin until an hour after Liliana would have come home from her morning Montessori class.  Needless to say, I did not accomplish much today, at least on my seemingly important (although not) To-Do List.

So, today I’m going to simply recommend one of my favorite CDs that works for parents and kids–The Innocence Mission’s Now the Day is Over–such a soft, quiet, comforting soundtrack.  You can listen to all the songs here, if you’re interested.

LOVE it.

Yawn.  Stretch.  Now I’m going to go read by the fireplace–with the newly fallen snow tucked in all around the house.
