Adios for a While

On this last, beautiful day of 2011, I’m saying goodbye to you, my dear readers, for a while.

There’s a book to be written.  There are personal assessments to be done.  And in order for them to be done to the best of my ability, I need to disappear—sink into that thoughtful quiet space of “being.”

Thank you for reading.  I’ll miss you, and I’ll hold you in my heart while I’m gone.  You can always reach me on my Contact Page.  I’d be happy to answer questions or provide encouragement or simply chat.

Never stop questioning.  Never.  You may fear change.  You may fear truth.  But there are always others of us out there who are on the same journey, and we’ll be here to bolster you up and tell you you’re not crazy.  Baby steps, remember?

Baby steps.

Happy New Year to you all!

I am hoping for so many things for you. Rest, creativity, longing, joy, sadness…basically, LIFE. ALL OF IT. You told me that one time and it has stuck. SO, I hope for you these things that you might taste of it alllllllll.
    I love you like crazy.

The quote I live by

Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart. Try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books written in a foreign language. Do not now look for the answers. They cannot now be given to you because you could not live them. It is a question of experiencing everything. At present you need to live the question. Perhaps you will gradually, without even noticing it, find yourself experiencing the answer, some distant day.
