Every once in a while, I’ll share some beauty with you.  You don’t have to be a sewer, knitter, or crafter to enjoy.  Sometimes it’s just about looking and feeling.  As my husband says, “With my art, I want there to be a feeling to it.  What do you feel?”

So, here’s Amy Butler’s fabric line.  Peruse and be amazed.  Or not.  Depending on what your tastes are.

I love them.  They’re perfect for that first quilt I’m planning to make.  I’ve already made a yummy mummy bag (okay, a glorified diaper bag) and Liliana’s floor pillows out of Amy’s fabric.  Next on the list?  A delicious orange floral to cover my study chair (it’s getting a little ragged, and I need a pop of color!).

Aren’t the colors and designs fantastic?  Don’t they look like eye popsicles?

It’s spring, folks.  The world is awash in color!  Be on the lookout for something yellow today.  It’s all about practicing.
