For My Fellow Math Geeks

Secret: I was a math major for two years.  Well, that’s how long I lasted anyway…

I began to crave live things (or at least things that had been living).  I guess dead turtles and frogs and sharks, deep in the bowels of dissection labs, don’t count.

But look!  Isn’t it amazing how nature and numbers go together?

I could hug this video…if I were inclined to offer up physical affection to an inanimate object that makes my heart happy!  But I suppose that would just be weird.

The quote I live by

Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart. Try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books written in a foreign language. Do not now look for the answers. They cannot now be given to you because you could not live them. It is a question of experiencing everything. At present you need to live the question. Perhaps you will gradually, without even noticing it, find yourself experiencing the answer, some distant day.
