I heard not to long ago, at a CEU class I took, that we have around 35,000 hours of these taped messages running in our heads. That figure helped me to take a step back from the frustration that mounts when I feel I’ve conquered one of these messages just to have another pop up and take it’s place. It takes a while to reprogram that much tape!
