A New Day

Sometimes life seems overwhelming.  Okay, at least to me.  To keep up with everything–the bare minimum, the most mundane things–seems to take forever and a day.

So, when I can take one day at a time, accomplishing (as if there’s something to be said for accomplishing) only that which is important for that day–a new day–I’m pleased as punch to be doing so.

Do you feel like you’re treading water sometimes?  Keeping your head above the waves, just so you can breathe?

I thought I’d share a song out of the norm for me, a piece of electronica by the Norwegian singer Kate Havnevik.  It’s a soaring piece, one you have to turn up.  Loud.

Reminds me a little of Enya.

The message: it’s a new day; you can always start over.
